LICENSE AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
using this software. Your use of this software indicates your
acceptance of this license agreement and warranty in whole.

EVALUATION LICENSE

This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied
warranty. In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages
arising from the use of this software. No warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose is offered. Any liability of the seller will be
limited exclusively to product replacement.

The following license applies to the evaluation version of PocoMail pe.
If you have purchased and registered PocoMail pe, please refer to
REGISTERED LICENSE section below.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
without charge for a period of 30 days. If you continue to use
this software after the 30 day evaluation period, a registration
fee of $25 USD is required. Make your payments on-line at
http://www.pocomail.com/ - credit cards accepted. Quantity
discounts are available upon request. As soon your payment
is processed and approved you will be sent a valid registration
code that will register your version of PocoMail pe. You can also
send in your payment by mail, please see the web site for details.

Distribution

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the original
unmodified evaluation version archive of PocoMail pe as you wish.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
donations, for distributing the evaluation version of PocoMail pe.
You are also prohibited from distributing the software and/or
documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without
prior written permission from the author.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of
British Columbia, Canada.

REGISTERED LICENSE

Once registered, PocoMail pe may either be used by a single person who
uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed
on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people,
but not both.

The registered version of PocoMail pe may be accessed through a network,
provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
software covering all workstations that will access the software
through the network. For instance, if 10 different workstations
will access PocoMail pe on the network, each workstation must have its
own PocoMail pe registered license, regardless of whether they use
PocoMail pe at different times or concurrently.

Distribution
